RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can expect to receive your order in 5-7 business days once your order has been placed, unless otherwise specified during the check-out process. 


All unused, unworn and unwashed merchandise is eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the customer receiving the items. Merchandise must be returned with original tags to be considered eligible for a full refund or exchange.

TO EXCHANGE: Tell us what item you want to swap for and we will confirm the merchandise is in stock and put it on hold until your return is received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).

If your exchange is approved, we will either refund you the difference and ship the new item(s) or request payment for the price difference of the exchanged item(s); in this case, your new item(s) will be shipped within 72 hrs of payment. 

TO RETURN: You're allowed to change your mind! Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment, within 7-15 business days. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: If products fail to meet the standard conditions stated above, the merchandise will be returned back to sender and sender will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

- Shipping and handling fees will be reimbursed in case of regular product exchanges (within standard time limits) or in the event of a defective item.  

- Nouvelle/Silk95Five will handle all shipping and handling fees for the first exchange made by a client. In future exchanges, fees will be the client’s responsibility.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Things happen: if you think something is wrong with your merchandise after wearing it, let us know and we will explore exchange options with you on a case by case basis.

Nouvelle/Silk95Five has the right to refuse a return or exchange in the event of a product being altered, damaged or misused by the customer.

All items are subjected to availability and cannot be reserved.
